She was last seen leaving her school at Oliver stephens where she is a grade 3 student. she left that day at 3:20 and was last seen on a video survalince tape from College Avenue secondary school just up the hill from Victorias school at 3:32 walking with a unknown women. she is said to be in her 20's with long dark brown hair wearing a white puffy coat and tight black jeans she is also carrying some kind of black bag.
Victoria was last wearing.. A DARK GREEN skirt with nylons with a green shirt that had pink lettering on it. she was wearing black butterfly earrings with 3 butterflys on each ring. Her shoes are black may have some white on them.
